Preface: I am not skilled, trained, or an authority when it comes to baking. I have sweated and cried over many disastrous attempts. Also, I am not a writer nor am I creative.
The purpose of this blog is for me to learn and share unorthodox recipes and tricks while baking. I like taking risks; it’s also known as taking the easy way out. 
First “trick of the trade”: I highly dislike pouring batter into cupcake liners. I always make a mess, and I hate the clean up. Well, a friend shared with me how she uses a squeeze bottle (mustard/ketchup)! And I thought GENIUS. I immediately ran to the local dollar depot to pick up some empty bottles. Because of this idea, I am high on the baking elevator and no longer have a mess of batter splatter to clean up! Life is good!!!
